We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all activities of the bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee food and beverage preparation, including drinks, snacks, and light meals, ensuring quality standards are met
- Manage daily operations such as inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with safety regulations
- Lead by example in serving guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and hospitality excellence
- Train new team members on drink standards and specs, customer service protocols, and bar techniques
- Monitor staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive team environment
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all areas of the bar and kitchen
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
- Extensive
- Experience in serving guests efficiently while maintaining high service standards
- Background in hospitality is preferred
- Barista experience is a plus
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
