Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance professional to join our team at. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our facilities, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents. The position is based in Upper Beeding.
Duties
- Painting and decorating
- Basic joinery (e.g. fitting fire door closers, locks, and handles)
- Light plumbing (e.g. taps, toilet flushers)
- General site upkeep, including litter picking when required
- General maintenece, fixing and mending equipment
Experience
- Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles
- Own tools & Transport
- Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Reliable and professional approach
Pay: £14.40-£14.50 per hour
