MSSI are recruiting for 3 experienced Production Planners to support a long-term engineering and manufacturing project in Burghfield.
The successful candidates will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities, ensuring materials, schedules and manufacturing requirements are aligned and delivered to programme.
Location: Burghfield, Berkshire
Rate: £23.41 per hour PAYE
Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: Until December 2027
Working Pattern: Full-time, 100% onsite
Clearance: DV Clearance required

Manage and maintain production schedules

Coordinate manufacturing requirements and material availability

Monitor supplier deliveries and purchase orders

Reforecast production plans where required

Use MRP and production control systems

Monitor production performance and KPIs
-
Identify and resolve delays or barriers to production

Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and operational teams
We are looking for candidates with:

Proven Production Planning experience
-
A background in manufacturing, materials or engineering
-
Experience within precision engineering or manufacturing

Understanding of machining and manufacturing processes

Experience managing materials, suppliers and production schedules

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good planning, reporting and computer skills

This is a 100% onsite role in Burghfield, with a long-term assignment running until December 2027.
