Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals
- Lead, motivate, and support production team members to achieve optimal performance
- Monitor production processes closely to identify bottlenecks or issues and implement timely solutions
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and schedule repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Experience
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production environments, preferably in a leadership role however not essential as full training will be provided
- Understanding of production processes, safety standards, and quality control measures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively

Seasonal Contract from August to January. Permanent contracts will be offered for suitable candidates
Working 0600 - 1400 and 1430 - 2230 rotating shifts
