Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, focusing on priority care for those with specific needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to clients in their homes, with a focus on priority care for individuals requiring specialized support.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity, especially for those in need of priority assistance.
- Foster a trusting and respectful relationship with clients and their families.
- Document care provided and report any changes in clients’ conditions to the care team.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for clients with priority needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills, particularly in areas related to priority care.
