We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused CAFM Service Support professional to provide support across CAFM systems and related service delivery activities.
The role involves assisting with CAFM system administration, troubleshooting issues, managing licences, and supporting customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with experience working with CAFM platforms, ideally Concept Evolution.
Occasional site support may be required for activities such as mobilisation projects and system implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing CAFM system support and troubleshooting.
- Assisting with project management and mobilisation activities.
- Managing system licences and administrative tasks.
- Delivering excellent customer service and user support.
- Coordinating tasks effectively and maintaining accurate records.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and end users.
- Supporting CAFM system administration and day-to-day operations.
- Assisting with system implementations and mobilisation support on-site when required.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
- Experience working with CAFM systems (e.g. Concept Evolution or similar).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong service delivery skills.
- Competent in system administration and general IT tools.
