Clarity Homecare is a national network of quality homecare providers. We have an exciting career opportunity for an existing or aspiring care professional to join our growing team in Louth, and surrounding areas.
We currently have part time roles available and bank work. We have a flexible approach for shifts including morning and lunch's, Tea's and Bed's - you'll usually have every other weekend off as we like to encourage a work-life balance.
These areas are currently in the process of growing so please be aware hours at present are minimal however we are looking to achive more with the right support worker/workers in place
We are looking to recruit part time staff and bank staff-Shift patterns are 06:30-15:00 or 15:00-22:30 for part time and full time availability is 07:00-22:00, at least every other weekend is essential for this role. We are also recruiting weekend workers only.

You will work with a range of customers and your duties will include:
- Providing personal care services
- Medication Management
- Companionship
- Manual handling, using equipment where required
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Promoting an individual's health and well-being, empowering them to live their life to the fullest
This position may suit existing carers who are searching for a new opportunity. However, you do not need previous care experience as our management team will work closely with you to develop your skills.
Pay Rates and Perks:
- Starting from £13.00 per hour when giving care, increasing depending upon experience
- Enhanced rate for weekends
- Paid travel time between customer visits

- Mileage paid at 25p per mile with support to claim a further 20p per mile from the Government

- Realistic travel time between calls
- Full induction including paid shadow shifts with a member of the management team

To be considered for this role you must possess a full UK driving licence and have regular access to a vehicle.
