Early Years Nursery Manager Location: Cleckheaton, BD19 5BT (In-person)
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours over 5 days per week, Monday–Friday, no weekends)
Salary: £30,975.00 – £33,855.00 per year: Performance Related bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Management: Oversee daily nursery operations and inspire a team of early years practitioners to consistently maintain high standards of care and education.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure complete alignment with EYFS standards and Ofsted regulatory requirements to maintain a safe, welcoming, and enriching setting.
- Curriculum & Development: Direct the delivery of a stimulating, inclusive curriculum tailored to early childhood development.
- Community & Parent Relations: Build trusting, active relationships with parents and local community partners.
- Resource & Financial Management: Effectively manage the nursery budget, balancing resource allocation with uncompromised quality care.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Full & relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification required (Level 4 or above preferred); Paediatric First Aid (desirable; training provided).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in early years/nursery settings with at least 3 years in leadership or managerial roles.
- Knowledge: Expert understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Skills: Clear communication, strong organisational abilities, and team motivation skills.
