ABOUT THE ROLE
First impressions matter at The Nest. You’ll play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming experience for guests from arrival to departure.
Your role will include welcoming and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, upselling and delivering attentive table service, assisting with bar service, clearing and resetting tables, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. You’ll communicate professionally, remain calm under pressure, and escalate any customer concerns appropriately.
We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, good organisation skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Experience of at least 5 years in a hospitality environment is essential.
HOURS OF WORK

Morning, evening and weekend availability is essential to this role.
The Nest operates from 08:00 to close, 365 days a year.
ABOUT YOU – Essential Requirements
- Have an approachable, cheerful and friendly personality.
- Previous experience in hospitality*5 years
- A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the location.
