The Opportunity
We’re looking for a People & Culture (HR) Consultant to join our team. This is a hands-on people focused role supporting the full employee lifecycle. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end HR service to the UK practice. Reporting to the UK People & Culture Manager, you will be the first point of contact to employees on HR topics, providing trusted advice and looking after HR related operations. The role combines HR operations, employee relations, performance support, employee engagement and strategic project work with opportunities to shape continuous improvement. You will work with smart, collaborative teams in a supportive, professional and forward-thinking environment with opportunities to grow and develop your career.
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and pragmatic advice on policies, processes, benefits and general people matters.
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes including right-to-work checks, manage visa processes, coordinate background and security checks (e.g. DBS, BPSS).
Support and advise on employee relations matters, including probation, performance, absence, wellbeing and hybrid working.
