Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and reliable POS Installation Fitter / Graphics Installer with a strong joinery background to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fitting shop displays, delivering and installing graphics, and ensuring the smooth operation of all related tasks. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment, combining technical skills with customer service. The position is paid and suitable for individuals who are organised, proactive, and eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced setting. Salary will be adjusted to set parameters of experience, qualifications and reviewed annually.
Responsibilities
- Fitting and assembling shop displays, fixtures, and signage according to specifications.
- Driving company vehicles to deliver and install graphics at various client locations.
- Installing vinyl wraps, decals, and other graphic elements with precision and attention to detail. Full training given.
- Ensuring all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members to coordinate installation schedules.
Requirements
- Must have good communication skills.
- Valid driving licence with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in shop fitting, graphics installation, or related technical roles is desirable. NVQ Lv2 and CSCS preferred.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good physical fitness; capable of lifting heavy materials and working at heights if necessary.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure precise fitting and installation work.
- Flexibility to work across various locations and adapt to changing schedules.
- A proactive attitude with good communication skills. This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a hands-on position that combines technical craftsmanship with customer-facing responsibilities in a creative industry environment.

Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
