Your next opportunity
Join our Enterprise Architecture team and play a key role in shaping technology solutions that support the University's strategic ambitions.
As a Technical Solutions Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, analysing systems, applications, data and integrations to identify practical, sustainable solutions. Working closely with architects, technical specialists, project teams and operational colleagues, you will help translate complex requirements into clear recommendations, support technology change initiatives from discovery through to implementation, and ensure solutions are successfully transitioned into business-as-usual services.
Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract, with hybrid working, based on-site at Sunderland Campus.
Is this you?
You'll bring experience of analysing business and technical requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions within complex environments. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you'll be confident evaluating solution options, documenting systems and integrations, and identifying risks, dependencies and implementation considerations. You'll be able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, produce high-quality documentation, and work collaboratively to deliver successful technology change. Experience of enterprise and cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, will enable you to make an immediate impact.
