Production Operative
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol BS11
Pay: £12.80 per hour + overtime rate on £19.20

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Avonmouth.
This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced environment, with overtime available as the site becomes busier.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
- Saturday mornings occasionally required (overtime)
- Overtime paid at time and a half - £19.20
- Expected 40 hours standard before overtime applies
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting production operations on site
- Assisting with manufacturing and material handling
- Operating within health & safety guidelines at all times
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working effectively as part of a team
- General production operative duties as required
Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Availability for Saturday morning overtime
- Own transport is preferred due to site location
