Here at Spirit Primary Care we continue to transform and revolutionise the way that we deliver Primary Care services. With a focus on collaboration across practices, the development of more effective triage services and the increased use of new technology, we continue to improve the experience of Primary Care for both staff and patients.
Based at Beaumont Leys Health Centre in Leicester, one of our three practices in Leicestershire, we are on a mission to recruit talented, qualified GPs to support us in our mission to deliver a service where patients quickly and easily receive the right care from the right person, at the right time, in the right place!
This isn’t just our mission for patients, it is designed with our people in mind too, to ease the pressure of the 8am rush and demand vs. capacity!
The Role
Tracking our performance against nationally established goals, leads us to deliver better, more streamlined patient care, helps us to reduce the administrative burden and increase the uptake and ease of access to care. We have an extensive multi-disciplinary team who are keen to innovate and utilise their varied skillset and we are seeking talented individuals like you to become a part of it!
You will work to ensure that quality is at the heart of everything we do within the surgery, adhering to our clinical governance framework and forming part of our clinical team, providing high quality care to our patients.

The Candidate
As an experienced and qualified GP, you will be motivated to deliver high quality standardised care. You are an excellent communicator and want to make a difference - making us and you the best we can be.
Successful applicants will be subject to pre-employment checks including a successful disclosure at an appropriate level from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS), Access NI or Disclosure Scotland.
