If you're the kind of person who thrives when they're talking to people, likes to see exactly what their effort earns them, and isn't afraid of a hard day's work — this role was built for you.
At CKT Solutions, we work shoulder to shoulder with some of the UK's most recognised charities — Crisis, NSPCC, Prostate Cancer UK, Alzheimer's Research UK, Centrepoint, YMCA, The Felix Project, and HADH. You'll be out in London's train stations, shopping centres, and events, starting conversations and signing up new monthly supporters.
What You'll Earn
- Day rate: £85–£105 depending on your tier — guaranteed every shift
- Commission: £30–£40 per sign-up from your 3rd or 4th sign-up of the day onward
- Realistic earnings for producing fundraisers: £150–£250 per day
- A-players from year two: consistently clearing £4,000–£5,000 per month
- Paid weekly. Every week.
Be Honest With Yourself
The first two weeks are called the Academy for a reason — they're the hardest part. Most people who don't make it decide in week one or two that this isn't for them. That's okay. We'd rather you know that now than three weeks in. The people who push through it? They're the ones clearing £200+ days by month two.
A Day in the Life
- Travel to your site — train station, shopping centre, or event across Greater London
- Work an 8-hour shift, on your feet, approaching members of the public
- Start conversations, share the charity's story, invite people to become monthly donors
- Handle rejection and keep going — this is the job
- Track your own sign-ups and report your day's performance
- Work alongside a team with daily coaching from experienced fundraisers
The Progression
- Week 1: Academy — learning the craft
- Week 2: Ramp — applying it with support
- Week 3: Expectation — performing independently
- Week 4+: Sustained — building your earnings
- From there: Team Leader → Office Manager → your own partner agency under the CKT umbrella
We're also launching a Management Academy — an accelerated route for people we believe have leadership in them. If that sounds like you, say so when we speak.
