Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments.
- Administer medications and monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects.
- Provide direct patient care, including wound care, vital sign monitoring, and assistance with daily living activities.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Experience
- A valid nursing degree and registration with the appropriate nursing regulatory body.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified nurses.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology related to medication administration.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
