Duties

- Monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Support children with special educational needs by adapting lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity and confidence.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure consistent support for each child's educational journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching young children within a primary school setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to work with children of varying abilities, including those requiring special education support.
- Knowledge of current educational practices and curriculum standards for primary education.
- Passion for helping children succeed academically and personally.
- Patience, creativity, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple students and lesson plans.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or child development are preferred.
