Sweetzy is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, bubbly and outgoing TikTok LIVE Presenter to join our Social Media team.
We’ve been live streaming on TikTok since 2021, and it’s become a huge part of what we do. With demand continuing to grow, we’re ready to expand the team and take our TikTok LIVE presence even further.
This isn’t a role where you’ll be sitting quietly behind a desk. You’ll be on camera, chatting to customers, showcasing our sweets, running giveaways and bringing loads of energy to every LIVE.
What does the role look like?
Your day will typically start with around 15 minutes of preparation, getting the LIVE setup ready and making sure everything is good to go.
You’ll then present a TikTok LIVE session of up to 4 hours, selling and showcasing Sweetzy products while keeping viewers entertained and engaged.
Don’t worry if you’ve never presented a TikTok LIVE before. During your first few weeks, you’ll receive training from our Marketing Manager and work alongside our Social Media Content Creator on camera. You’ll gradually build up your presenting time until you’re confident running LIVE sessions independently.
We’d expect you to be comfortable presenting independently after approximately two weeks of training.
What you’ll be doing
- Hosting energetic TikTok LIVE shopping sessions
- Presenting and showcasing Sweetzy products on camera
- Chatting and interacting with viewers in real time
- Answering customer questions
- Encouraging sales and working towards LIVE targets
- Launching giveaways and promotions
- Keeping an eye on viewer numbers and engagement
- Moderating the LIVE, including hiding or blocking inappropriate comments when necessary
- Taste-testing and talking about our sweets
- Working closely with our Social Media and Marketing team
- Bringing high energy throughout the entire LIVE
Who are we looking for?
Confidence on camera is an absolute must.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Bubbly, outgoing and naturally chatty
- Confident speaking to an audience
- Fun, witty and quick on their feet
- Personable and easy to get along with
- Loud, energetic and enthusiastic when the camera switches on
- Comfortable having a laugh and a bit of banter with the team
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- Able to maintain their energy during longer LIVE sessions
- Genuinely excited about Sweetzy and our products
Most importantly, we want someone viewers will enjoy watching and want to come back to see again.
