Care Worker – Leeds

We are looking for kind, reliable and compassionate Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team in Leeds.
As a Care Worker, you will support people in their own homes, helping them to remain safe, comfortable and independent. This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to someone’s day.
What the role involves
Your duties may include:
- Supporting with personal care
- Assisting with medication
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Providing companionship
- Supporting with shopping and household tasks
- Helping people access their local community
- Recording clear and accurate care notes
- Reporting any concerns or changes in a person’s wellbeing

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial.
