We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant to join our busy, dynamic team in Exeter working for one of the UK leaders of the gun industry.
The Exeter store location allows easy access from surrounding areas in the Devon/South West for candidates willing to commute to work, just a minute from the M5
What you will be doing:
- Assisting customers with the purchase of shotguns, airguns, rifles, ammunition, optics & accessories.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers
- Answering telephone & email enquires in a timely & professional manner
- Assisting with daily stock replenishment and upkeep of retail outlet
Candidate qualities:
- Strong background in sales - minimum 2 years
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Professional appearance, confident & organised
- Prior shooting knowledge is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Security Vetting
It is an industry requirement that successful candidates undergo security vetting. Offers of employment are subject to satisfactory vetting and may be withdrawn if the required standards are not met.
Successful applicants will be expected to be flexible with working hours. The hours will be 8am - 5.30pm and shifts work on a 5 days out of 6 basis with one Saturday off per month.
Holiday entitlement is 4 weeks plus bank holidays.
