Working within an office team in an Accident Repair Centre, meeting and greeting customers in a helpful and friendly manner. Answering telephone calls and recording all messages to pass onto the relevant personnel. Informing customers of the payment requirements along with taking card and cash payments. Becoming famililarised with the Company's management systems including completing the courtesy car handover process.
Must be computer literate and a confident, friendly individual with initiative and attention to detail.
