Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks within our busy café environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, adhering to company standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or snacks as required.
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed during food handling and preparation.
- Serve customers efficiently at the counter or via table service, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage cash register operations, including handling payments accurately and providing correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas throughout shifts.
- Restock supplies such as cups, napkins, ingredients, and condiments to ensure smooth operation during busy periods.
- Support team members with general duties as needed to ensure the smooth running of the café.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable.
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Basic food preparation skills are beneficial.
- Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Strong organisation skills with an eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality.

Pay: £12.71-£16.81 per hour
