Job Purpose
In this new position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing business by providing high-quality CAD designs that align with building regulations. Your work will directly support our sales, estimating, and production teams, ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Please note: This role will be based at our new offices in Cannock
About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing:

Your responsibilities will include interpreting spreadsheet schedules or hand drawn sketches to produce high quality presentation drawings for modular buildings, large multi-story buildings, elevations, foundation pad layouts and site plans.

Amend, review and issue drawings, record amendments and maintain files.
Who We’re Looking For:

You should be familiar with AutoCAD and Revit (Revit not essential) and have a working knowledge of Microsoft office applications.

Be a ‘can do’ person with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You will have a good technical ability, be a quick learner with strong attention to detail and be passionate about accuracy.

Work well under pressure in our busy office.
