General Aftersales Assistant - Job share 2-3 days per week with the requirement to cover full time for holiday and sickness.
Job Overview:
R.N. Golden are a family run Hyundai / Isuzu dealership based in Lepton, Huddersfield and are dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience. We are seeking someone to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our aftersales department.
This is a varied role in which you will undertake a wide variety of duties , including but not limited to;
- Customer collections, deliveries, drop offs.
- Parts deliveries
- General site maintenance
- Ensuring the workshop areas and wider site are kept clean and tidy
- Occasionally covering valeting / Service washing of customer‘s cars and pitch vehicles
We’re seeking a team orientated individual with the ability to build and develop strong relationships with all stakeholders. You must enjoy delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a family run business, where you'll be a name not a number.
This role is Job share with the current job holder and you will be required to work 2-3 days per week and cover for their annual leave and any sickness. Monday - Friday. Additional hours may also be available to candidates to cover other colleagues‘ annual leave.

You must hold a full driving licence.
