Retention Advisor
Location: Office-based
Salary: £21,500 - £26,500 DOE + Bonus

About the Role:
We are a leading van insurance broker and are currently recruiting for Retention Advisors to join our growing team.
You will work with our existing customer base, helping policyholders renew their insurance when their policy is due to expire. This role focuses on building relationships with customers, retaining business, and providing excellent service while supporting general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting existing customers regarding policy renewals
- Retaining customers by offering suitable insurance solutions
- Handling customer enquiries and providing policy support
- Completing administrative and policy-related tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and customer information
Working Hours:
Shift pattern Monday–Friday:
- Early Shift: 08:30 – 16:50
- Late Shift: 10:40 – 19:00
Weekend Rota:
- Two weekends per month
- Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
- Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00
