Role Overview
DaveReiche Digital Services helps businesses improve their digital operations through practical technology and process solutions. The Digital Solutions Analyst will translate business requirements into structured improvements across digital platforms and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements.
- Analyze existing digital processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with developers and external technology providers.
- Prepare process maps, specifications, and functional documentation.
- Support application testing and implementation activities.
- Monitor solution performance and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare reports for business stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, digital operations, or technology consulting.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Experience working with digital platforms or business applications.
- Familiarity with Agile or structured project methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder communication.
Pay: £57,000.00 per year
