Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our professional team. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, nails, pedicures, massage, and specialised skincare services with precision and care.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored advice on skincare and beauty routines.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences to ensure personalised service on future visits.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their appointment.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Beauty Therapist with a strong portfolio of diverse treatments.
- A minimum Level 3 qualification
- At least 5 years experience working in a busy environment
- Expertise in skincare, waxing, massage, & gel nails.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and retain clients.
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and recommendations to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and high standards of hygiene and safety.

Full or Part Time positions will be considered for the right candidate. The role is primarily for our Knebworth branch, however we may require some cover in our Potters Bar branch.
