As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Part-Time Barista who shares our passion for speciality coffee and outstanding customer service.
About the Role
As one of the faces of Eden's Little Bakery, you'll be responsible for delivering consistently excellent coffee and creating a warm, friendly experience for every customer.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing high-quality espresso-based drinks to a consistently high standard
- Demonstrating basic latte art
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient coffee station
- Supporting the wider bakery team when required
- Helping create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
What We're Looking ForEssential
- At least 1 year of barista experience
- A genuine passion for speciality coffee
- Confident dialling in espresso and producing consistently great drinks
- Basic latte art skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, proactive and reliable with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Able to remain calm and organised in a busy environment
- Flexible to work early mornings and weekends
- Have completed full-time education
Desirable
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Live locally to West Ewell
- An interest in artisan baking and independent food businesses
