Monday: 06:00 - 12:00 (6 hrs)
Tuesday: 06:00 - 11:00 (5 hrs)
Wednesday: 06:00 - 11:00 (5 hrs)
Thursday: 06:00 - 11:00 (5 hrs)
Friday: 06:00 - 11:00 (5 hrs)
Saturday: 06:00 - 11:00 (5 hrs)
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across designated areas, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Lead, motivate, and support cleaning staff, providing clear instructions and feedback to foster teamwork and productivity
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies
- Schedule shifts for cleaning personnel, balancing workload to meet operational needs while optimizing team performance
- Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external vendors to address issues promptly and maintain smooth operations
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and safety checks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices in cleaning procedures and safety protocols
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising or leading a cleaning or janitorial team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles if required
- Strong communication skills in English, capable of giving clear instructions and providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety standards is preferred
- Experience working with diverse teams and engaging with clients or visitors positively is advantageous
