We are looking for an experienced Fire Door Carpenter for immediate work in the Cotswolds area.
The role will involve fire door installation, remedial works, adjustments and general carpentry duties across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate must be reliable, experienced and able to work to a high standard with attention to fire safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing and repairing fire doors
- Carrying out fire door remedial works
- Fitting door frames, linings, closers, hinges, seals and ironmongery
- Adjusting doors to ensure correct gaps and operation
- Inspecting and reporting any defects or required works
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Previous fire door carpentry experience essential
- Own tools and transport required
- Good knowledge of fire door standards and regulations
- Ability to work independently
- Reliable, punctual and available to start ASAP
- CSCS card preferred
- Fire door qualification or accreditation desirable
Pay:
