B52 Energy Drink is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in field sales who can confidently approach retailers, build strong business relationships, and drive sales growth.
### About the Role
You will be responsible for travelling to supermarkets, convenience stores, newsagents, off-licences, clubs, bars, and other retail outlets to promote and sell B52 Energy Drink. Your focus will be on securing new customers, increasing product distribution, and growing sales within your territory.
### Key Responsibilities
- Visit supermarkets, convenience stores, newsagents, clubs, bars, and retail outlets on a daily basis.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Present and sell B52 Energy Drink to store owners, managers, and purchasing decision-makers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Negotiate product listings, promotions, and display placements.
- Ensure excellent product visibility and availability in stores.
- Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback.
### Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales, FMCG sales, beverage sales, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Strong network and understanding of supermarkets, convenience stores, newsagents, off-licences, clubs, and retail environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
