Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Seasonal Washroom Servicing Operative to join our field operations team during our peak season.
In this role, you will be the face of our company on the road, delivering, servicing, and exchanging hygiene and washroom facilities (e.g., sanitary units, air fresheners, soap dispensers, hand dryers, and dust mats) for commercial clients.
This is a flexible, zero-hour seasonal position. Routes will involve a mix of local daily multi- drop routes and occasional national/longer distance driving with early starts depending on client needs.
Duties
- Service and Maintenance - Visit customer premises to service, replenish, and clean washroom units according to the daily schedule routes.
- Driving and Route Management - Drive company vans safely and efficiently across local areas and national routes as required.
- Stock - Load and unload service vehicles at the depot daily, ensuring correct stock levels and proper segregation of waste/servived items.
- Customer interaction - Act as a courteous, professional representative on client sites.
- Vehicle and Safety Care - Perform daily vehicle pre-checks, report any defects immediately, and adhere to company health & safety hygiene protocols.
Requirements
- Driving Licence - Full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of one year with no severe endorsements.
- Driving Experience - Proven experience in commercial driving (van). Comfortable with long-distance driving.
- Physical Fitness - Capable of manual handling, bending, lifting and loading stock onto vans.
- Reliability - Good geographic knowledge and strong time-management skills.
- Flexibility - Available for early morning starts and varying daily hours
