We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant to join our KUMON team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children where excellent patience and communication skills are essential. This role involves providing assistance in various educational settings.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Assist students individually or in small groups, especially those who need extra support.
- Mark and record students’ work accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor student progress to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Work well in a team while also being able to take initiative when needed.
- Demonstrate patience, reliability, and a supportive attitude toward all learners.
