Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and user research teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring designs meet business goals and user needs.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Design intuitive user interfaces for web applications utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks such as Angular and React, ensuring responsiveness across devices.
- Apply best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles to create engaging user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback, refine designs, and validate usability improvements.
- Implement data visualization techniques to present complex data clearly using tools like Adobe Illustrator or Data analysis skills combined with SQL for insights.
- Maintain consistency by applying design patterns and adhering to style guides such as Bootstrap or SCSS while collaborating on product development cycles following SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Experience
- Proven experience in front-end development with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Angular and React.
- Strong background in digital design, interaction design, UX principles, and information architecture.
- Skilled in wireframing, prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD), and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools such as Adobe After Effects or Visio for creating compelling visual stories.
- Experience conducting user research sessions and usability testing to inform iterative design improvements.
- Knowledge of APIs integration, responsive web design practices, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
- Ability to analyze user behavior through tools like Google Analytics or Omniture to optimize interface performance.
