Home Supervisor – Paks Trust
Location: Warwickshire – Nuneaton
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (flexibility required based on service needs)
Contract: Full-time
Paks Trust is looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Supervisor to join our team at Lupin House, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD) within a residential setting.
About the Role
As a Home Supervisor, you will work closely alongside the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of Lupin House. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting and guiding staff, as well as maintaining strong governance and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager with the daily operations of the home
Lead and supervise care staff, promoting best practice
Ensure high standards of care for individuals with learning disabilities
Complete and review person-centred care plans
Carry out audits and contribute to quality assurance and governance processes
Monitor compliance with CQC standards, policies, and safeguarding requirements
Contribute to risk assessments and care reviews
Provide hands-on support where required
Support staff development, training, and performance
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
Previous supervisory or senior care experience
Experience completing care plans and audits
Understanding of governance, compliance, and CQC standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
A compassionate, proactive, and flexible approach to working hours
