Location: Shenfield
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday or over 4 days. Shifts between 7.30am–6.30pm

We’re hiring a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Shenfield.

About you:
- Level 3 in Early Years (essential)
- Good knowledge of the EYFS
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Reliable, enthusiastic and able to work well as part of a team
- Good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
Your role:
- Create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment for children
- Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
- Plan and provide fun, age-appropriate activities and experiences
- Observe and support children’s individual progress and development
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Act as a key person for a group of children
- Communicate positively with parents, carers and colleagues
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies at all times
- Work as part of the nursery team to provide high-quality care and education
