Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional standards of general, restorative, and aesthetic dentistry, ensuring clinical excellence and outstanding treatment outcomes for every patient.
- Provide a bespoke, patient-centred experience, taking the time to understand individual needs and creating tailored treatment plans with the highest levels of professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Build enduring relationships with a discerning patient base through exceptional communication, trust, and continuity of care.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians, hygienists, specialists, and patient care coordinators to deliver a truly first-class patient journey.
- Maintain meticulous clinical records and uphold the highest standards of governance, ensuring full compliance with GDC, CQC, and infection prevention protocols.
- Embrace continuous professional development, remaining at the forefront of modern dentistry and contributing to the practice's reputation for innovation, excellence, and exceptional patient care.
- Commit to a regular clinical schedule of Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with flexibility to provide selected late evening appointments to accommodate the lifestyle needs of our patients.
Experience
- Fully qualified Dentist with current registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) and the right to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in private practice, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality general, restorative, and aesthetic dentistry.
- Demonstrable experience in cosmetic dentistry, including smile makeovers, composite bonding, veneers, whitening, and Invisalign® treatment planning, is highly desirable.
- A passion for clinical excellence, with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to achieving exceptional aesthetic and functional outcomes.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships with a discerning private patient base.
- A patient-centred approach with a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional, luxury patient experience.
- Strong ethical standards, sound clinical judgement, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism and governance.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, high-end private practice.
- A commitment to continuous professional development, staying at the forefront of advances in restorative, cosmetic, and digital dentistry.
- Experience using digital workflows, intraoral scanners, digital smile design, or other advanced dental technologies would be advantageous.
