Are you a compassionate, experienced care professional ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a dynamic Deputy Care Home Manager to support the daily running of our warm and welcoming 50-bedded nursing home in Whitchurch Bristol, BS14
About the Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure high standards of care, compliance, and leadership across the home. You'll support staff, ensure regulatory standards are met, and step in as Acting Manager when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home in the absence of the Home Manager
- Lead and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care
- Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Support care planning and risk assessments
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (minimum); Level 5 desirable
- Experience in a senior care role within a residential or nursing home
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional care

Hours of work : 8.00 am to 5.00 pm ( over 7 days a week) Plus on-call
Rate of Pay: £17.00- £18.00 per hour (£35,000.00 - £37000.00 yearly)
