Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Front of House Staff member to create memorable guest experiences and ensure smooth operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and timely delivery of orders
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Follow food safety standards and proper serving procedures to uphold health regulations and quality assurance
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings, with a strong background in serving and guest services
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and order calculations
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not mandatory
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
