The role
We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads media buyer to take ownership of campaign performance across our venue client base, and to oversee our own internal ad account as we expand into new markets. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing. You'll be a driving force behind the results our clients see, and a key player in TWM's own growth story.
This is not a role for a beginner. We need someone who can hit the ground running, make confident calls, and show us the results to back it up.
What you'll do
- Plan, build, and optimise Meta ad campaigns that generate high-quality enquiries for wedding venues
- Own performance end-to-end: budgets, targeting, creative testing, and reporting against clear KPIs
- Manage and scale TWM's internal ad account as we grow into new international markets
- Work closely with our media buying lead and wider team to sharpen strategy and share what's working
- Monitor accounts daily, spot issues early, and act decisively to protect and improve performance
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience, with a track record you can demonstrate
- Proven results scaling lead generation campaigns, ideally in a service or local business context
- Strong grasp of the full funnel: creative, targeting, tracking, and conversion
- Comfortable owning the numbers and making data-led decisions without hand-holding
- Sharp attention to detail and consistently high personal standards
Nice to have
- Experience in the wedding, events, or hospitality space
- Familiarity with CRM and lead nurture tools such as HighLevel
- Experience managing multiple client accounts at once
