An Opportunity to Build Something Special
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead the registration, opening and ongoing development of our brand-new children’s home in Enfield.
This is a rare opportunity to shape a new service from the very beginning. You will work closely with two supportive and hands-on Directors to create a nurturing and ambitious home where children feel safe, valued and able to thrive.
As our Registered Manager, you will take the lead throughout the Ofsted registration process, including preparing the home for registration, completing the Registered Manager application and leading your Fit Person interview. Once registered, you will have the autonomy and support to build your team, establish the home’s culture and lead the service towards consistently excellent outcomes.
About the Providers
The home has been founded by a husband-and-wife team who both hold leadership roles within education and have extensive experience in safeguarding, pastoral care, SEND, behaviour support and supporting children at risk of exclusion or disengagement.
Having seen first-hand the challenges faced by vulnerable young people, they are committed to creating a genuinely child-centred home that provides stability, compassion and highly personalised care.
