MGN Repairs Management Ltd. is an approved business for the property insurance industry. We specialise in the daily project management and contracting for a high volume of property insurance claims. To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a proactive, experienced Office Administrator to join our growing team.
The Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join the team. This is an office based role but with possible at-home/ hybrid working at times. You will be required to build and maintain strong relationships both within the organisation We manage many claims at any one time, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving these claims through various stages of the process—ensuring everything runs on time and has the necessary resources to reach completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Claim Coordination: Manage and track multiple property claims simultaneously from inception to completion.
- Scheduling and Logistics: Schedule property surveys and coordinate the daily activities required for each claim.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key point of contact for internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners/clients.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project timelines proactively to ensure claims progress without delays.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and ensure all required documentation is in order.
- Logistics and Procurement- Material Purchasing: Order materials and monitor supplier lead times, providing regular updates to stakeholders to prevent project delays.
- Site Services: Arrange essential waste management services, including skip hire and waste collections.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Previous experience in office administration, project coordination, or insurance claims management is highly desirable.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritise a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to manage senior stakeholders.
- High-Pressure Competency:
- Proven ability to work independently, manage a busy workload, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Organisational Sharpness: Superior time-management skills with a knack for tracking moving parts (WIP, SLAs, and supplier lead times)

Job Type and Benefits
- Full-time hours:
- Monday- Friday, 9:00am- 5:00pm.40 hour per week.
- Permanent
- £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
- Office based role but will possible at-home working flexibility
