Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support the smooth running of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense reports.
- Support staff with document preparation, formatting, and printing.
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrator, or similar role is desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
- A professional and positive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or accounting.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Relevant certifications in administration or secretarial work.

Pay: £27,000.00-£38,500.00 per year
