We’re on the hunt for a passionate Assistant Manager to join the managment team working at both the Savoy Cinema, and The Ritz Penzance.
The Savoy is a busy 4-screen cinema with bar and pizza restaurant. The Ritz is a multi-use entertainment venue hosting live music, drama, and comedy.
You will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, with leadership skills and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. A background in cinema, theatre, events and/or hospitality will be a big plus, but full training will be offered for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading operations during the General Manager’s absence or alongside them
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Managing stock, scheduling, team leadership, and health & safety
- Overseeing bar and catering, including line cleaning and licensing
