Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard specs and guest preferences.
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver prompt service to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, Equipment, and work surfaces.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience.
Skills
- Experience in hospitality is preferred but not necessary as training is provided.
- Excellent serving skills combined with strong time management abilities to handle busy periods effectively.
- Strong organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked throughout shifts.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- A personable attitude with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all regulars and guests.
