What You'll Do
· Promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion
· Provide practical, emotional and personal support
· Support people with daily living skills, personal care and medication where required
· Encourage participation in education, employment, volunteering and community activities
· Build positive relationships with families and professionals
· Maintain accurate records and contribute to person centred support plans
· Safeguard the wellbeing of the people we support

About You
You'll be kind, patient, reliable and passionate about helping others. You'll enjoy working as part of a team and respect every person's individuality and choices.
Experience in Health and Social Care is welcomed but not essential as full training will be provided.
Desirable
· Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
· Full UK driving licence but not essential.
