We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Executive to join our growing digital marketing team in Stourbridge.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys social media, content creation and working with a variety of brands. You’ll help plan, create and manage engaging social media content, working closely with our marketing and design teams to bring campaigns to life.
The role will primarily be based in our Stourbridge office, although hybrid working may be considered depending on experience and individual circumstances.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and creating content for client social media accounts across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Writing engaging social media copy tailored to different brands, audiences and industries
- Planning content and contributing ideas for social media campaigns
- Working from client briefs and turning them into engaging content
- Using Photoshop to create social media graphics, carousels, animations and campaign assets
- Scheduling and publishing content across client accounts
- Keeping up to date with social media trends and platform developments
- Supporting photography and short-form video shoots in the studio and on client sites
- Reviewing social media performance and identifying opportunities to improve future content
- Liaising with the wider digital marketing team to keep content aligned with client goals
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 year of experience managing social media accounts with a strong portfolio of work
- Confident and competent using Adobe Photoshop – this is essential for the role
- A good understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- A creative mindset and confidence bringing new ideas to the team
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- An understanding of what makes engaging social media content
- A friendly, confident and collaborative approach
- GCSE or equivalent qualification
Experience with photography, video editing or tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects would be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
