Role Overview
We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Co-ordinator / Administrator to support our Team. This role is central to the smooth running of the sales operation, ensuring leads, appointments, data, and reporting are managed efficiently so the sales team can focus on delivering outstanding results and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist incoming/outgoing calls and ensure accurate appointment management and between sales reps, customers and office.
· Assist with administrative support for the telesales team
· Processing finance applications
· Logistics and appointment allocation of the booking boards
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on the CRM system
· Check sales paperwork via CRM
· Deal with company post
· Manage telesales stock and rep stationary requests
· Processing all finance applications
· Contacting customers for late / early arrivals
· Ad hoc call centre audits/reporting
· Courtesy Calls and Qualifying (AI Screening)
· Lead management and data cleaning
· Monitoring reports
· Chasing missing appointment outcomes
· Call listening
· Input and delete practice appointments on Sandbox and Live CRM Systems
· Checking and approving sales / no sales
· Liaising with RSM's about board availability
· Collating Saturday availability from reps and updating spreadsheets
· Approving rep absence requests
· Collating stationery requests from reps and updating spreadsheet / placing orders
· Keep office stock replenished
· Supervise call centre in managers absence
· Clean data ready for reporting
Skills & Experience Required
· Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
· Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and general office software
· Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
· A positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic
Desirable Experience
· Experience within telesales, direct sales, or call centre environments
· Previous experience in a sales administration, sales co-ordinator, or telesales support role

Pay: £28,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
