We’re on the lookout for a compassionate, witty, and reliable Day & Night Healthcare Assistant (HCA) who knows how to balance top-quality care with a touch of humour. Because let’s face it — night shifts are better when you can laugh through the 3am tea round.

What You’ll Do
- Support residents with nightly routines — comfort, companionship, and care.
- Follow individual care plans with empathy and attention to detail.
- Keep clear, accurate records (yes, we like tidy notes!).
- Spot changes, celebrate progress, and communicate like a pro.
- Maintain a calm, safe, and homely night-time environment.
