At New Formation Education, we are looking for a motivated graduate to join a brilliant primary school in Ealing as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA). This is more than just a job, it’s a chance to be someone’s role model, motivator, and support system.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils in Year 2 and Year 3 with additional needs
- Helping children with SEN and social-emotional challenges to build confidence and independence
- Assisting teachers with engaging lessons and structured interventions
- Supporting lunchtime duties and encouraging positive social interactions
- Creating a fun, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
- Being a reliable, empathetic figure that pupils can trust
What We’re Looking For:
- A graduate with a 2:2 degree or above (any subject)
- Minimum GCSE Grade C/4 in English, Maths, and Science
- A genuine passion for working with children, especially those with SEN
- Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability
- A can-do attitude, creative approach, and friendly personality
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
